Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
COD is available on selected products and locations.
Customers must be available to receive their parcel.
Refusing a confirmed COD order without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was made by Styladore.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
